Casey Alexander is a Special Situations Analyst for Gilford Securities, Inc. He is one of the leading analysts on Wall Street covering the Golf Equipment Industry and has served as an expert witness in legal proceedings pertaining to the Golf Industry. He has been widely interviewed and quoted on screen and in print, including Bloomberg Television, Bloomberg Business Radio, Golfweek Magazine, and Golf World, among others. He has been the subject of feature profiles by Golf Digest and The Met Golfer. Casey is also a member of the Golf Writers Association of America and the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association.
Casey has created and distributes a highly successful proprietary research product called Gilford Securities Rule 144 Research. Mr. Alexander has completed the SEC specific licensing requirements for Securities Analysts.
Casey is a member of the Board of Directors of Gilford Securities and is also a member of the Management Advisory Group of Gilford Securities Inc., which functions as the operating committee of the firm. Prior to joining Gilford Securities Inc. He spent eight years with PaineWebber Inc. During his tenure at PaineWebber, Casey filled multiple roles including Head of Over-the-Counter Marketing, Divisional Sales Manager and Branch Manager. He successfully completed the PaineWebber Equity Institute portfolio management program. Casey was also employed by Prudential Securities and E.F. Hutton during his 29 year career in the securities business.
On the personal side, Casey is married and has four children, ages 23, 20, 13 and 9. He lives in Long Island. Casey has a long career as a tournament golfer. He has played in 5 U.S. Mid Amateurs, 2 U.S. Public Links and was a medalist in U.S. Open Local Qualifying.
